1. Acceptance
By using Hi Term (including hiterm, Hi Term, and the website yinbin.ink), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service
Hi Term provides remote terminal management, device discovery, and notification delivery. Remote sessions and network connections (e.g., Tailscale) are configured by you; you must ensure you have legitimate access to target hosts.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for illegal activities, unauthorized access, spreading malware, or interfering with the service or others' rights.
Serious violations may result in service termination to the extent permitted by law.
4. Open Source
This software includes open-source components such as GPLv3 (e.g., Termux-derived client, Mosh-based hish). Redistribution must comply with the respective licenses.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
6. Limitation
If required by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the disputed service in the preceding 12 months (zero if no payment was made).
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms in accordance with law and contract.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
